Product Name

LC JY01 DC brushless Hall motor drive board SPWM drive mode DC12-37V input PWM potentiometer speed regulation

About

The LC JY01 DC brushless Hall drive board uses the JY01 chip as the core, combined with LM339 comparator and IR2101s gate drive IC,
to provide an efficient and stable DC brushless motor drive solution. This driver board supports precise control of Hall brushless motors.
Simply connect the Hall signal line and motor UVW three-phase line to control motor rotation. It supports SPWM drive mode.Speed regulation is achieved through PWM signals,
and motor forward and reverse rotation can be controlled through pins. The drive board has overcurrent and over temperature protection functions to ensure safe and stable operation of the motor.

Functional Features

  • Input power supply voltage: 12~37V
  • Supports maximum output current of 5A
  • Onboard Hall sensor interface, supporting Hall brushless motors
  • Intuitive adjustment of motor speed through potentiometer, easy to operate
  • Built in protection circuit with overcurrent and temperature protection function to ensure safe operation of the motor
  • Support SPWM driving mode
  • Adopting LM339 high-performance comparator to improve signal stability

Instructions for use

1. Provide power to the drive board (DC 12-37V)

2. Connect the potentiometer and rotate the potentiometer knob counterclockwise to the lowest gear to prevent the motor from automatically turning on when powered on

3. Connect the output line of the brushless motor (the three wires of the three-phase brushless motor can be connected in any order,
and changing the connection order of any two wires can change the rotation direction of the motor)

4. Connect the Hall signal lines HA, HB, HC of the motor;

5. Slowly rotate the potentiometer knob clockwise, and the motor will start to rotate, as shown in the figure:

attention:

1. This module has a fast response speed, and the instantaneous starting current is very high when the full throttle is powered on.
Please leave a margin. It is not recommended to start under high voltage and high power full throttle conditions,
as this operation may damage the power transistor and chip

2. There is no fuse in the power supply circuit on the motherboard. It is recommended that users add it themselves.
Reversing the positive and negative poles of the power supply can cause permanent damage to some chips on the board

3. During normal operation, there is motor stalling protection. Due to the high power and current of the module,
please do not artificially short circuit when the module is not working properly. Once short circuited,
there is a possibility of burning the circuit and bursting the tube. For the first wiring test,
please use a low current and low voltage (20V voltage) to test. After the motor is working normally, increase the current and voltage

4. Do not connect motors that do not match or differ significantly from the voltage, current,
and power of the drive module to avoid inexplicable damage
